ESTATE SALE

Preparation for an estate sale, downsizing, or moving, is always more overwhelming than initially thought of, especially when other family members live in different parts of Canada, or even abroad. Most people are so busy with their own lives that to add liquidating an estate to the mix can be just too much to handle.

WHAT IS AN ESTATE SALE?

AN ESTATE SALE IS QUITE SIMPLY A SALE OF YOUR COLLECTIONS OR ACCUMULATIONS, RUN FROM THE SECURITY OF YOUR HOME EITHER BY YOURSELF OR BY EXPERTS.

Everyone has an estate or pieces that are left to them that they either need evaluated, sold or appraised. Some people have huge estates with rooms of furniture and antiques and collectibles. Some have small apartments with collections of perfume bottles.

It can take a full team of professionals to deal with every aspect of Estate Liquidation: home organizers, packers, cleaners, movers, appraisers (art and valuables), interior designer, home stager and various contractors. This can be very costly and, in most cases, not necessary at all.

William Cross will provide you one-stop assistance that consolidates all services under one umbrella and eliminates the need of an individual for sourcing out multiple organizations.
William and his TEAM have been carefully assembled and based on the ability to cater, with finesse, to even the most sophisticated clientele. Taking care of someone else’s possessions requires not just random mechanical labour skills, but more importantly, intelligence, compassion, logical thinking and a lot of common sense.

William Cross Estate is a national firm that can easily handle any estate in any province or territory in Canada.

We are conveniently located inside the Greater Vancouver area, but have ties across the country, most notably Toronto, that can readily assist us in getting the best prices for your sale.
